We will ship by Kuroneko Yamato or EMS (international speed mail).

Delivery time

In Japan, orders are usually shipped within 3 days after an order confirmation email is sent.
In the case of overseas, the order will normally be shipped within 7 days after the order confirmation e-mail is sent.

Cancellation of orders, returns and exchanges of products

After receiving the product, please immediately check the condition of the product and whether there are any discrepancies with your order.
We do not accept cancellations of orders after the order has been placed due to customer convenience (size does not fit, wrong order, different from image, etc.).
* Depending on the product (knit material, stretchy material, etc.), there may be a slight error (about 1 to 2 cm) from the measured value in the size chart. Please note.
We will accept returns and exchanges only in the event of damage, defects, or misdelivery upon arrival of the product.
In that case, we will notify you in advance by e-mail of HLVTC ONLINE STORE (hlvtc.inc@icloud.com) and return it, and exchange and refund the product only if the relevant product arrives within 8 days after delivery. We will take care of it.
Please note that if the product is out of stock and the product cannot be exchanged, we will accept a return.
Please note that even if the product is unopened, if 8 days have passed since the product was delivered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
